A Letter from the Founder, Mohammad Azib

When I started MedAngle by myself in 2017 as the first-of-its-kind platform for medical students, I had an original and innovative vision to revolutionize medical education across the country. It didn't make sense to me that Pakistan, one of the largest producers of doctors in the world, didn't have a single platform that could help students study more efficiently and personally for their exams. As Pakistan's first ever full-stack technologist and medical doctor, I knew I had to do something about it. So, in my third year of medical school at Dow, I got to work. Thousands of all-nighters, coffees, chais, red bulls later, MedAngle has gone on to become the first Pakistani EdTech startup EVER to be named to the GSV Elite 200 list and has also won awards at the highest level nationally as well, winning awards at The P@SHA ICT Awards in 2022 and 2023, being one of the only ones to do so in Pakistani history, all with no support and no funding. We've done it the right way - with honesty, integrity, sincerity and genuineness.
